Case study · Recruitment CRM + ATS

One system to run the whole desk.

A custom CRM & applicant-tracking system I built ground-up for a busy hiring team. It reads every CV, matches people to jobs, tracks every candidate through the pipeline, and automates the busywork with AI. In daily use.

Illustrative view — real candidate data stays private.

Where it started

Recruitment runs on chaos by default.

CVs buried in an inbox. Candidates half-tracked across a spreadsheet, a notebook and WhatsApp. The same person re-read, re-typed and re-chased a hundred times because nothing talked to anything else. A good recruiter's real skill — judgement — was being eaten alive by admin. So I built the system I'd want if I had to run that desk myself.

Off-the-shelf recruitment tools are either bloated and generic, or a stack of five subscriptions duct-taped together. This is one system, shaped around exactly how the team actually works.
What it does

Reads, matches, tracks, and does the busywork.

Reads

Parses every CV

Drop in a CV in any format — it pulls out name, skills, years, and experience into a clean, structured profile. No re-typing, ever.

Matches

Ranks people to jobs

Every candidate is scored against every open role with an AI match — so the right shortlist surfaces in seconds instead of an afternoon.

Tracks

A pipeline for everyone

New → Screening → Shortlist → Interview → Offer. Every applicant sits in one clear stage, so nobody is forgotten and nothing slips.

Automates

Kills the busywork

Reminders, status updates, follow-ups and the repetitive typing all handled with AI — so the team spends its time on people, not paperwork.

Why it's different

Built by the person who had to use it.

This isn't a demo or a template. It's a real product, in daily use, shaped release by release around how the team actually works — because I sit with them, watch where it hurts, and fix it. That's the difference between software you're handed and software that's yours.

If your team's real work is trapped in spreadsheets and WhatsApp, it can live in one system instead.

CRMs, applicant tracking, dashboards, internal tools — I build custom software ground-up for how you work, and keep improving it. Recruitment is just one desk it happened to fit.
