Where it started

A blank page in a crowded corner of the web.

Singapore already has stock & dividend sites — but most are cluttered, slow and hard to read. StockKaki started from nothing: no traffic, no domain history, no audience. Just an idea that people deserve a clean, fast place to find the numbers they actually came for.

Honest version: this site launched on 19 July 2026 — barely 3 weeks ago. The whole story here is momentum from zero, done the right way.
The bet

Don't chase traffic. Own the searches people repeat.

Instead of fighting for broad, one-off keywords, I built pages around recurring searches — the ones people type again and again: "SSB rate this month", "best REITs", "dividend dates". The trick: those pages re-stamp and update themselves every month, so they stay fresh and keep ranking instead of going stale.

🔁 In practice: the "Singapore Savings Bond rate" page re-stamps itself with each month's new number — so it's always today's answer. Google keeps it ranked instead of letting it go stale, and it quietly earns visits every single month, hands-free. Multiply that across REITs, dividends and more.
What I actually did

Built to be found — and useful.

Not tricks — a clean product, plus doing the Google & AI basics properly, end to end. The four things doing the work:

🧭

Clean, fast, data-first

Stripped out the clutter the incumbents pile on — just the numbers people came for, laid out clearly and loading fast. The product itself is the differentiator.

🔁

Recurring-search pages

Dedicated pages for searches people repeat (SSB rates, REITs, dividend dates) that self-update every month — so they rank once and stay ranked, instead of going stale.

📊

Genuinely useful tools

Live SGX dividends, bond return calculators and bank fixed-deposit rates — real utility that gives Google (and readers) a reason to come back.

🤖

Built for AI answers

Structured so AI assistants can quote it — which is why a brand-new site is already being cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity.

The receipts

When people Google this, StockKaki shows up.

Straight from Google — for the searches real people actually type:

Someone Googles a Savings Bond's returnsPage 1 of Google
Someone Googles "best REITs"Page 2 — climbing
Someone asks ChatGPT or PerplexityStockKaki gets cited

And the momentum: from zero to 1,833 appearances on Google, with 213 pages now live on Google — in about 3 weeks. The self-updating pages keep compounding from here.

Every layer of this — under one roof.

Product, design, the data pipelines, the copywriting, the SEO & AEO, the code, and the ongoing upkeep, handled together. No agency handoffs, no markup. That's why it's fast, clean, and coherent.
